Meditation and its benefits.

Meditation is not just excerise. It is not just sitting in a posture for long time with close your eyes.
It is not just thinking good or bad. It is beyond all this.

What is meditation?
Meditation is practice  which an individual trains their mind or produce a state of consciousness.
This is practice where you come to know who,why,what we are!!!

Who can do this?
Any one can do this but the people who have depression,he/she cannot do this.

What we need for this practice?
We just need a peaceful,clean,undisturbed place where you can do the practice.

How to do pratice?
Sit straight,hands on thighs,face in front,chin normal,smile and gently close your eyes and 
Watch your breath for atleast 10 to 15 minutes  everyday.

• Concentrative  technique
• Mindfulness technique
• Metta meditation  technique
• Aids of meditation

Pranayama and Home stay?

As we all know we have to keep our self very health in this covid 19 era specially our lungs and respiratory system.
So today I am sharing you some technique that will help you to expand lungs and improve the circulation of blood.this is very very essential  for now to keep our lungs healthy and strong.
So here we starts...
♡ equal breathing ( sit straight  and do slow inhale and exhale with count)
♡ lower rib breathing ( place your hands on lower part of rib cage and slow inhale and exhale)
♡ anulom vilom
♡ kapalbhati
♡ lying breathing...lie on bed or floor and watch your breath.

health problem and lockdown.....

Sometimes when things are going over with our limits.it started showing you some not so very good result out of it.
Well, we all are at home since 2 months just sitting,lying,going one room to just other room that's it nothing else.

But do you know that continuously sitting can create some health issues too?
Constantly  sitting & lying on bed may cause you frequently  headaches,back pain,constipation and mental stress too.
How they happen..
1.Frequently  headaches 
It may happens because of continuously looking at mobile and laptop.
Sleeping and eating pattern changes.

2.Back pain
So again this is also because  of sitting at one place for hours.
Not exercising.

3.Constipation 
This is happens due to less physical  exercise.
And some eating pattern changes.


So,
manage your time for exercise for 30-40 mins a day.
Drink enough water.
Changes in sleeping and eating pattern.
Do take care yourself.

Whrich activity to choose in lockdown??

As India is lockdown from march 2020 and we are  and lying constantly in our home.But everything has positive and negative side,and this lockdown where we are enjoying summer by not going out side the house.we are creating some problems too for our health.
As we had so many activities  before lockdown like running,walking,swimming,gym,and so many.
Not all people have their gym in the house and swimming pool in our backyard.

So which activity we can choose??

I strongly say choose yoga and meditation.
Why this??
Because  this will help you in many ways.
○ physical  and mental health.
○ you can maintain your weight.
○ breath controlling.
○ energy for this whole long day.

Try to engage  your self with it and you will see some energy and peace in your body and mind.
