Pranayama and Home stay?

As we all know we have to keep our self very health in this covid 19 era specially our lungs and respiratory system.
So today I am sharing you some technique that will help you to expand lungs and improve the circulation of blood.this is very very essential  for now to keep our lungs healthy and strong.
So here we starts...
♡ equal breathing ( sit straight  and do slow inhale and exhale with count)
♡ lower rib breathing ( place your hands on lower part of rib cage and slow inhale and exhale)
♡ anulom vilom
♡ kapalbhati
♡ lying breathing...lie on bed or floor and watch your breath.
